Tsukishima Kirari starring Kusumi Koharu (Morning Musume.) × Mano Erina
I don’t really have anything to say about these. To listen to them directly, click on the links on the left sidebar. And this isn’t really an album but rather a collection of mashups I’ve already put up, so apologies for the varying quality and volume levels.
I am working on an album though. I’m afraid I’m scratching the proposed H!P-COMPLETE album project (it’s way too old already), and doing a Buono!-themed album instead, titled Buonissimo!. I also have a Koha album and more general albums in the works. Stay tuned.
Yes, this is a Johnny’s × H!P mix, requested by misa. I’m afraid I’m not much of a Johnny’s fan. None of their music have grabbed me yet, but who knows? Send me any recommendations you might have … they might end up being mashed with H!P.
My first completely non-H!P mix. Alas, this and my two previous Tommy mixes were DMCA’d and taken down from YouTube, by the request of Defstar Records, Inc. I think remixes are fair use, but I don’t really have the resources to fight this in court, and I don’t really care that much anyway. In my opinion, their actions (including taking down pretty much everything that makes use of Tommy february⁶, Tommy heavenly⁶, and the brilliant green recordings) is doing them more harm than good. I happen to own 13 Tf6, Th6, and tbg CDs, and none of them would have been purchased had I not encountered Tommy by chance on YouTube during the summer of 2007. But anyway … these three mixes will still be up here, unless Defstar finds out about them as well.
I seem to having good results with Shugo Chara Egg! × Perfume mashups. This one’s also a polyphonic mix preserving the original Perfume vocals from “Puppy love”. They make pleasant background vocals, I think. I can’t wait for Shugo! Shugo! to come out.
So I finally decided to tackle tracks that didn’t come with instrumentals, specifically two of my absolute favorite H!P songs, “Tsuugaku Vector ☂” and “Hoshi no Hitsujitachi”. These are a bit harder to work with, and they sound a bit off, but hopefully they’re listenable.
Enjoy! The second track also happens to be my 50th publicly released mashup remix. The previous 48 can be found in The K!☆Mix Kollection, Volumes 1 through 3.
That album is still in progress, but for those of you who’ve enjoyed my remixes, I’ve assembled all of my publicly released mixes (and a few more) into three volumes for easier downloading.
The tracks are ordered by when I finished them, not when I released them. The four tracks in blue were not previously released.
If you’re just starting to listen to these, I would recommend starting with Volumes 2 and 3 (or the last four tracks of Volume 1). Much of Volume 1 is terrible, because I was just starting out at that point (“Khan no Dance Site” was my first remix).
Here’s a preview of the upcoming H!P-COMPLETE ~1st Kawaiirrhea☆Mixes~. It needs some polishing up, but since it’s been a while since the last remix, I’ll put up what I currently have:
